Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using MSX Hub and related services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information
MSX Hub is developed and maintained by Benjamin Zachey as an independent personal project. It serves as the central management platform for Media Station X, allowing users to create, organize, and share their own configurations and linked media content.
MSX Hub is an optional server-based extension for Media Station X. All content, features, or legal responsibilities provided via MSX Hub are separate from Media Station X and do not affect its operation or liability.
2. Use of the Service
You may use MSX Hub free of charge for personal and non-commercial purposes. The platform provides optional Premium Access that unlocks additional features for managing content and configurations more efficiently.
MSX Hub is intended for users aged 16 years and older. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
All content you add through MSX Hub, including links to videos, audio, images, playlists, backgrounds, and metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails), remains your responsibility. MSX Hub does not host any media files, does not actively monitor the legality of linked content, and does not assume any responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or content of external links or third-party services.
By using the service, you agree not to add links or metadata that infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws. If you become aware of content that may be illegal or infringing, you can report it to the service at support@msxhub.de, and the operator may review and take appropriate action.
3. Premium Access
Premium Access is an optional upgrade that enables extended management tools and additional features within MSX Hub. Two one-time purchase options are currently available:
- 1 Month Premium – USD $1.49 (valid for one month)
- 1 Year Premium – USD $11.99 (valid for twelve months, equivalent to about USD $0.99 per month)
Each Premium Access purchase activates Premium status for the selected duration starting from the purchase date. Renewing Premium Access adds the purchased period to any remaining time — it does not replace it.
Premium Access is not automatically renewed. You may renew your access manually up to one month before expiration. Refunds are generally not available after activation, unless required by applicable law.
Premium features are provided "as is", without guaranteed uptime, technical support, or permanent feature availability. MSX Hub reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Once your Premium Access expires, the additional features provided by Premium will no longer be available. Any content or configurations created using Premium features will remain in your account, but access to those features will be restricted until you renew Premium.
Users can delete their account at any time using the account deletion option in the MSX Hub interface. Upon deletion, all associated data, including metadata and settings, will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone. Any remaining Premium Access time will not be refunded.
4. Intellectual Property
The software, code, and design of MSX Hub and Media Station X are the intellectual property of Benjamin Zachey. Users retain ownership of their own linked content but grant the developer the non-exclusive right to process and display it as part of the service operation.
5. Disclaimer
MSX Hub and Media Station X are provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind. Although developed and maintained with care, the developer cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.
The developer is not responsible for content provided or hosted by third parties, nor for any loss, damage, or malfunction caused by user-generated configurations or external data.
6. Privacy
MSX Hub collects and processes only the data required for its operation. No personal analytics, tracking, or advertising tools are used. Registration data (name, email, and password) is solely used to provide access to MSX Hub and Premium features. Data is not shared with third parties. 7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
